Blanca at the front desk was very amicable and helpful. The elevator was broken when we arrived 12/8 and is still broken now 12/20. Room had everything I needed. Hallways and stairways could be a little cleaner.
Found the place by accident, read the reviews and decided to book it. Room we got are clean and its pretty quiet. Pet friendly which is a bonus. Michael and Jelly are friendly and always ready to help. Made us feel like we are their family. Answer any questions we ask with a smile and patience. My wife gets her Amazon delivered without issues. Happy to call it 2nd Home.
I wanted to thank Kylee and Jelly who went above and beyond to help resolve a miscommunication with the scheduling agency concerning my reservation. As this occurred on a weekend after normal business hours they alleviated my stress and upset and worked with rest of Andre's exceptional team Blanco, and Mari to completely resolve the issue. Every employee I dealt with here was responsible, efficient and compassionate.
Kaylee provided exceptional service from the moment we arrived. Her warm greeting and genuine smile immediately made us feel welcome. She was incredibly attentive, efficient with check-in, and took the time to answer all our questions about the area with helpful recommendations. Our stay was well taken care of. Blanca helped us and always greeted us. She remembers everyone and is always polite. We’ve stayed at the Ontario location which was disgusting and compared to this location, Redlands is far far cleaner, rooms smell clean, and no disturbance whatsoever.
It definitely deserves 5 stars but I gave 3 stars for Rooms because of no blackout curtains. My husband works graveyard so he sleeps in the daytime. Because of this It takes him longer to unwind and go to sleep and he wakes up unrested and tired. All the staffs we have encountered for rooms have been very friendly accommodating AND MOST IMPORTANT respectful especially Jelly and Michael. For us they both have gone above and beyond to provide services. I am very biased towards Jelly, she stops what she is doing and acknowlges me a warm smile as well as to the other guests. She speaks very softly & is a workaholic. Couple of weeks ago Jelly was working graveyard shift, she clocked out between 7-8 am. But couple of hours later she came back to work, and greeted everyone with same smile. Everyone made us feel like we are staying at a relatives home and not in a hotel.
From day one of checking in I have been greeted with a smile and amazing customer service. No matter the ask always willing to help and go above and beyond. Thank you for always being ready and willing to help!!! Tracy has been heaven sent!!! I ended up hurting my leg during my stay and she made sure that I didn’t want or need for anything thank you for showing up everyday with a SMILE!!!!! You are greatly appreciated
Awesome stay at Extended say for Christmas Eve!! Kaylee was very helpful and friendly. She made check in a breeze! Blanca was also very helpful and kind. Her smile and friendly attitude made the stay very welcoming!
